Coronavirus and Our Committment to Our Members
Effective Friday, November 20, 2020, the lobby will be open for the following hours, still using social distancing protocols:
- Mon-Wed 10a.m. - 5p.m.
- Thu-Fri 10a.m. - 6p.m.
We will be limiting the number of members in the lobby to 2, following regular cleaning protocols, and offering hand sanitizer for members and staff. We ask that you always wear a mask. One may be provided if you do not have one.
Use any one of a national network of 5,000 credit unions across the country to perform your financial transactions (including checks and money orders.) No need to come into the Genesee Co-op when you can use the drive thru window at one of these locations to protect yourself and employees during the pandemic.
There are 27 branches in the area, but not all are open during the pandemic and almost all are operating drive-thru only, so check before you go.
Download our FREE Mobile App to find Shared Branches everywhere you go! Or visit the Shared Branch Locator Website.
Some nearby branches include:
|The Summit FCU||2315 E. Main Street, Rochester|
|1660 Monroe Ave in Brighton|
|Advantage FCU||225 West Broad St, Rochester||ATM fees apply|
|1625 Mt. Hope Ave, Rochester||ATM fees apply|

"I love doing business with the Credit Union. While I really like to keep my life simple and close to home, I've kept my accounts with the Credit Union even though I recently remarried and moved a little further away. I just feel welcome, established, and connected there. It feels good to support such a human-sized institution where accounts and lending are handled with compassion and common sense - not just by numbers or a computer program. I feel that by depositing my money at the Credit Union, I am helping it be possible for that money to be lent out to help good things happen for other people. I want my son, Dylan, to be positively influenced by that experience, too."
